Local Attractions (Continued)

Diamond Valley Lake

Cast your line at one of the best fishing sites in the state. It spans over 4,500 acres and is renowned for its monster-sized fish. Catch channel catfish, shad, bluegill, rainbow trout, striped bass, smallmouth and largemouth.

Historic Hemet Theater

Experience the nostalgic charm of this historic site in the heart of downtown Hemet. Built in 1921, after the original theater was too badly damaged (just across the street) in an earthquake in 1913, the old-world architecture and decor will take you back in time to an earlier era. There are numerous events held here throughout the year.

Diamond Valley Golf Club

Play a round at this 450-acre course, in the San Jacinto Mountains, and savor the lush fairways, rolling terrain, waterscapes and the beautiful native plants. Additional facilities include: a chipping and pitching green with bunker, a putting green, and a driving range.
